What is Treat & Greet?
This first step is a brief, low-pressure visit designed to help your dog feel safe and comfortable. There are no grooming expectations – just time to explore the salon, meet the groomer, and build positive associations through gentle play, praise, and tasty rewards!
From there, we can recommend the best grooming plan and give you a recommendation based on what’s right for your dog – no guesswork, just honest advice.

Good to know: Treat & Greet involves a small one-off fee of £5, which is fully refunded if you go ahead and book a package or treatment.
